  We use natural crystal and all products are handmade. Each piece is unique and may have more or less flaws. Please do not place order if you cannot accept.
• All products are taken in real products, there will be slight color difference with the screen.
• After the goods are sold, if there are no obvious major defects, we will not accept returns or exchanges. If there are serious defects, please inform us immediately. After checking, we will arrange returns and exchanges as soon as possible.
• If the actual product does not match your need/fit/color difference, etc., no return or exchange will be provided.

Shipping

• It takes about 7 days for handcraft, and it will be shipped automatically after completion, and about 7 days + delivery time to reach the delivery address. Currently only supports mailing to Taiwan and Hong Kong. If the goods are lost or damaged during delivery, please take pictures of the goods and contact us as soon as possible.
